I've got wonderful memories of the Isle of Man. I visited twice for holidays as a child, and toured the island. I also went horse riding everyday - and said hello to the fairies? in Douglas. Was it fairies??

Having said that, I can't place Scarlett Point. Confused Nevertheless, I imagine it to be as beautiful as the rest of the island...

Sounds like a lovely walk, Manx Collies Very Happy

Aaaahhhh....right! Are you old enough to remember Radio Caroline - the 'pirate' radio ship moored off...??

I can't remember the name of the harbour!! I was very young (she says hopefully) but I remember getting there on the little railway that ran northwards from Douglas. I also remember the horse-drawn trams in Douglas! They were great - are they still there? Our hotel was on the seafront and it was lovely watching them go past.

Happy days... Very Happy
